Quantum Dots: A Short History of Quantum Physics
For all of you quantum-Hamilton fans out there! More of a tribute song to the quantum physics greats than model-science parody but lots of fun. A big thank you to Dr. Mark Lattery at UW Oshkosh (Director of the Next Generation Modeling Courses for Teachers and author of Deep Learning in Introductory Physics) for inspiring this — enjoy!
Same Direction Baby: Newton’s 1st Law
This parody can be used as an exemplar for your students. It may be helpful to ask: why/how each picture/video is chosen to go with the lyrics? Why was the music repeated? What does that say about force equilibrium? Was there a common situation that was not addressed by the song?
note: the track production was before my music-tech pursuits and is due for an update. Still, its nice to have one with just me and a piano 🙂
